A Priestess Session is an intimate outdoor boudoir experience photographed entirely on medium format film here in Durham, North Carolina and throughout the Triangle. These sessions are designed for women who feel the quiet pull to return to themselves and want to begin gently. We choose secluded natural locations where light moves softly through trees and across water, allowing the landscape to become part of your story. One hour, four rolls of film, one afternoon that belongs entirely to you. Each frame is created with care, giving space for breath, movement, and presence. This is fine art boudoir photography rooted in nature, connection, and the reclamation of your divine feminine.

If this is your first step, you are exactly where you should be. Most of the women I photograph have never done anything like this. The Priestess Session carries the same artistic intention and spiritual depth as my longer work in a simpler, more grounded format, which makes it a beautiful place to begin. For women who want to go further, the Goddess Session opens into a fuller day of florals, movement, and immersion. Both are invitations to reconnect with your inner strength and step more fully into your own divine feminine.
As a labor and delivery nurse and fine art film photographer, I am comfortable in intimate spaces and deeply attuned to body language. I guide gently while allowing room for you to unfold naturally. Before your session, we begin with a consult call, a detailed questionnaire, and a custom mood board so everything feels aligned with who you are and what you are stepping into. Music is always playing. Fabrics move with the wind. I follow the light while cheering you on behind the lens, creating an atmosphere that feels supportive, creative, and quietly transformative. Many women describe the experience as spiritual, because it reconnects them to something steady and powerful within themselves.
After your session, your film is developed and returned with intention. Priestess Sessions include 20 to 40 web-size images delivered through a private online gallery, along with a cinematic slideshow to view and relive your day. Professional hair and makeup can be added if you would like to be tended to beforehand. You will also have access to a curated online store where you can purchase heirloom wall art, fine art albums, and specialty pieces designed to be treasured for years to come. The transformation continues when your artwork lives in your home, reminding you daily of the strength and sensuality you embodied in that light.
An intimate portrait session lets us get creative. There is an atmosphere created together where you feel uninhibited and care-free.
